The bangs are on Aphrodite in Mythology Island. Finally, go to Mystery Train Island and customize the corset from the lady in front of the common room.

Another option is to get a long burgundy skirt from the director of the talent agency in Back Lot Island. Be sure to do this before you find out she is Lacey Williams, though.
